You guessed it! Spring has sprung. More like Spring has dropped her bags, thrown on her swimsuit, and is splashing every innocent bystander in her way. Between the 70 degree weather and the powder-puffed trees, Virginians are chomping at the bit to pull out their gardening supplies and pack away the sweaters. The early switch from winter is absolutely stunning!
